Pop up issue

Could someone help me with this issue. This pop-up appears almost every time I click on a menu item in financial Assistant. How can I solve the issue. We are setting up the Financial Assitant for the first time.

You will need to open menu 16.14 and delete all the sessions listed in there, once done please exit and reopen SAMS to see if its resolved

Hello everybody,

It would seem that there might be some similar error messages present in the Financial Module, and other modules, due to SA-SAMS not being elevated to Administrator, or equivalent, privileges.  To resolve this, you can try the following:

1. Open Windows File Explorer
2. Browse to C:\Program Files\EdusolSAMS
3. Right-click on the EdusolSAMS application (sometimes shown as EdusolSAMS.exe if File Explorer is set to show the extension of files)
4. Click Properties from the drop-down menu (at the bottom)
5. Click the Compatibility tab (located at the top)
6. Tick Run this program as an administrator (it must be selected/on)
7. Click the Apply button and then the OK button.
8. Close the File Explorer window that lists the contents of the C:\Program Files\EdusolSAMS folder
9. Run SA-SAMS
10. If prompted to allow the program to make changes to your computer/device, click the Yes button
11. Check to see if it solves your problem.
