Hello and welcome to the Forum, cynthia.

Proposed Solution:

1. Use Windows Explorer to go to C:\Program Files\EdusolSAMS
2. Right-click on TimeDesign.exe
3. Click on Properties
4. Select the Compatibility tab at the top of the window
5. Tick Run this program as an administrator
6. Click the Apply button
7. Click the OK button
8. Close the open Window (on C:\Program Files\EdusolSAMS) and try to run the automated timetable again.

Please report back if it doesn't solve your problem.

Hi Sarel, I'm having the same issue with automated timetable. This didn't seem to do anything for me. What else can I try to fix this?

Hello Burrell,

1. Which version of Windows are you using (e.g. Windows 10/8.1/8/7/etc.)?
2. Is it 32-bit or 64-bit?
