Marks - Ansies20 - 03-14-2018

I have entered marks on 12.3.12.  After all my marks have been captured and I go to 12.7.16.3 I find that there are no marks.
Please take note this is my first year using SASAMS.
Please help me!

Is the Marks Capturing Security Enabled?

If so, have you done the HOD Verification and Principal Verification?

Check at 16.13 Maintain Marks Capturing Security:
  • Select All Grades and click the Go button.
  • Check the Status next to the traffic light icon.
If it is On (green traffic light icon):
  • make sure your results/marks have been saved at 12.3.12.11 SBA Results - Capture.
  • Do the HOD Verification (12.3.12.12 SBA Results - HOD Verification)
  • Do the Principal Verification (12.3.12.13 SBA Results - Principal Verification)
  • Maintain the SBA Results to carry the marks over to the Progress Reports and Promotion Schedules: 12.7.16.3
  • Save the Promotion Decisions and Report Comments (if any): 12.7.18
  • Check if the marks reflect on your Progress Reports: 12.7.19 and Promotion Schedules: 12.9.15
If the Marks Capturing Security is Off (red traffic light icon):
  • make sure your result have been saved at 12.3.12.11 - SBA Results Capture.
  • Maintain the SBA Results to carry the marks over to the Progress Reports and Promotion Schedules: 12.7.16.3
  • Save the Promotion Decisions and Report Comments (if any): 12.7.18
  • Check if the marks reflect on your Progress Reports: 12.7.19 and Promotion Schedules: 12.9.15
If this doesn't solve your problem:
  • Have an updated version of TeamViewer installed on a computer/laptop with access to SA-SAMS.
  • You should have a working Internet connection on that computer/laptop.
