  Awaiting LURITS Numbers
Posted by: jansnyman1 - 04-17-2019, 09:07 AM - Forum: National : Valistractor - Replies (2)

Only problem on my system comes via Valistractor Identifiers.  This Metric stays red because of missing LURITS NUMBERS.  Where and how do I get lurits numbers for all the learners in my school or when will they become available to schools.  Is there something specific that I have to do to get lurits numbers or is it provided by National?

  Attendance Stats
Posted by: Dhonabhigam John - 04-15-2019, 06:13 PM - Forum: 3. Learner and Parent Information - No Replies

Hi, our attendance stats for 2018 which has been saved on a USB is required by the district for verification.  Is it possible to explain why our stats show a minus figure? What does the "X" represent on the list?  Reports indicated zero days absent even though all attendance was captured. Stats for the month of July, November and December 2018 show a zero average? The admin staff don't understand why all the discrepancies. Please help.

I am Mrs. D. John.  An educator at Greyville Primary.

I think that SASAMS is an excellent application.  It has reduced our administrative work to a large degree.  It can, however, become very stressful when new patches are installed, and the changes that come with that and loss of important information that has to be recaptured.  Also, technicians that are not too clued up with the application and cannot provide the support when needed.

I am sure these are just teething problems and will be sorted out soon.  Otherwise, it is excellent and I am sure will make the life of an educator and admin staff less taxing than it already is. Smile

Information Schedule subject
Posted by: Dhonabhigam John - 04-15-2019, 05:22 PM - Forum: 12. Curriculum Related Data - No Replies

This is my first post.  An educator at Greyville Primary.  Please help.  Why are there subjects reflecting on my term schedule even though I set it not to?  The column appears without any marks.  The subjects are captured for Remedial classes that are streamed separately and is labeled LSEN GRADE 4,5, & 6. Marks are not captured for Lsen learners, however, the column appears on the mainstream schedule grade 4, 5 & 6.

Hope you can help.
Thanks in advance
